Paid Product Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all users and is part of Circle's Terms of Service regarding paid subscriptions.

Subscription Model:


Circle Bot offers an optional Premium subscription with automatic renewal. Circle will always contact you 5 days prior to your subscription renewing via the email you provided at checkout.

Refund Policy:


- Monthly Subscriptions: Customers are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 7 days of the subscription purchase or renewal date.
- Yearly / Annual Subscriptions: Customers are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 7 days of the subscription purchase or renewal date.
- Lifetime Premium: A full refund is available if requested within 10 days of the purchase date.


Termination for Violation of Terms of Service:


Refunds are not offered for any subscription, monthly or yearly, if the subscription is terminated by Circle Bot due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

General Considerations:


- REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ABUSIVE TOWARDS OUR TEAM OR CUSTOMERS WHO ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT OR OTHER ILLICIT BEHAVIOUR.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@circlebot.xyz OR via our Discord server billing ticket system. Refund requests submitted outside of these channels will not be received or processed.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- This policy is subject to change, and the most current version will be posted here. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
